Information we may collect
We may receive information you voluntarily send through email, phone or support channels, along with basic website analytics such as pages visited, device type and referral source. Course purchases and student accounts are processed through the Roy Academy app and Classplus.
How information is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, provide requested learning support, improve website content, understand campaign performance and protect the service from misuse. Roy Academy does not sell personal information.
External services
Links may open Classplus, Google Play, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or AssamMock. Those services process information under their own privacy terms. Review their policies before submitting personal or payment information.
Contact and deletion requests
For privacy questions or a reasonable request to correct or delete information held directly by Roy Academy, email royacademy365@gmail.com. Requests involving Classplus or another provider may need to be handled by that provider.
