Digital-course refund eligibility is determined by the terms displayed on the specific batch or product page at the time of purchase. Please review the course language, schedule, validity, inclusions and demo content before paying.
Duplicate or failed payments
If money is debited more than once, or a payment succeeds without course access appearing, contact Roy Academy with the registered mobile number, transaction reference and payment date. Verified duplicate collections will be corrected or refunded through the original payment method.
